I started tracking my days, throughout the day writing my feelings down and timestamps. To reflecting a the end of the day how I felt, what I felt, what color would I associate with my feelings?
Red for the tough mornings, stress and anger. Lack of sleep, early mornings, trying to survive. Relax, do work, stres, repeat. Green for the progress made, yellow for the excitement. Purple for the calmer moments. Some moments affecting, some more than others. Lingering throughout my days, weeks or months.
